AGE OF RENTER AND DRIVERS
At least 21 years old, regarding the categories A,
A1,
B, C,
E, F
where as for the category
D, G & H
at least 23 years old.
2.
DRIVERS LICENCE
The drivers license should have been issued at least one year prior
to the date of rental.
3.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Renting the car always requires a VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN
EXPRESS Credit Card, with which
NEXT Holidays
collaborates, even if the renter settles his car in cash
upon arrival.
4.
INSURANCE

The rates cover the following:

Death or personal injuries
to the third party up to 484.226,97.

Property damages
to third party up to 396.184,88.
-
Car protection
against fire and theft.
For
damages on the renter car the customer is
responsible up to 150,00.

EXTRAS:
-
Baby seat or Roof Rack 2,00 per day.

Personal accident insurance 1,50 per day, covering the driver and
each passenger with the following amounts respectively

Your responsibility can be waived by paying 3,50 per day for car
groups A, A1, B, C and 4,40 for other car groups.
CAUTION!
The non-deductible sums of the Mixed
Insurance and of the Additional Insurance Coverage are paid by the
renter, regardless of his responsibility. When and if
NEXT Holidays
is reimbursed for the damage of the car, the corresponding sum will be
refunded to the renter.

NO INSURANCE IS VALID:
- For any damage / loss occurred to the car during its
transportation
outside of Corfu Island.
- For any damage / loss occurred if it is determined that the driver
is under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.
- For any damage / loss occurred if it is determined that the driver
violated the Code of Driving Circulation.
- For any damage / loss occurred by driving in non asphalted roads.
- For damages caused to the lower part of the car, to the tyres, the
mirrors and the antenna.
- For personal items found in the car.
- For accidents caused by a driver who has not been declared
in the rental agreement.
The damage and the loss of the car are paid even if the renter is
covered insurance wise by his Credit Card. In this case, he is called
upon to pay to
NEXT Holidays
the entire cost of repair or replacement of the car, which he will
then claim himself from his Card.
5.
PETROL
a) All the cars of
NEXT Holidays
consume UNLEADED petrol. The renter is not permitted to fill the tank
of the car with any other type of petrol.
b)
The renter is called up to return the car just as it was received. In
case the renter returns the car with less petrol than when it was
received, he shall be charged with 5.00 Euros in addition to the cost
of petrol that has been consumed.
6.
DELIVERY COLLECTION
a)
Everywhere on the island: free of charge within working hours.
b) Delivery & collection outside working hours, extra charge
12.00 Euros (16.00
08.00).
c)
Night delivery/collection Additional 6,00 Euros (22:00 - 06:00).
7.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
Fines and any other consequences totally and exclusively the renter.
8.
INDISPENSIBLE CONSENT OF
NEXT Holidays
Written consent of
NEXT Holidays
for:
a) Transport of the car by ship.
9.
SECOND DRIVER
No charge for second driver.
The second driver should definitely meet the terms and conditions
similar to the first renter driver.
10.
CHILDREN SEATS
Charge of 2.00 Euros daily with maximum charge 10 days. They should be
mentioned in the booking.
11.
EXPENSES FOR ACCIDENT DOSSIER
In case of accident, there is an additional charge of 30.00 Euros to
cover administrative costs paid by the renter driver regardless of the
blame. This sum is not refunded.
12.
TAXES
All the above-mentioned charges
include
V.A.T.
and all local taxes.
ATTENTION!!
IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, THE RENTER DRIVER IS CALLED UPON, REGARDLESS OF
ACCOUNTABILITY, TO FILL IN THE DECLARATION OF ACCIDENT FORM WITH
ARTICLE K 70 OF THE GREEK LEGISLATION. FOR ANY DISPUTE WHICH MAY ARISE
BETWEEN LESSER AND RENTAL WILL BE SETTLED BEFORE THE COMPARTMENT
